What's up Bluesky? Been a hot minute since I've posted. So have a little 🧵about what's going on in my world. Since the end of the hockey season I've been focusing on my health. I had eye surgery so I no longer have to wear glasses, had foot surgery to make my weight loss goals more achievable 1/?

Conrad health update: Down 14 pounds in the month. Down 27 in total in the last two months. Cardio is getting better and better. The work is hard but watching numbers go down is… giving me hope
