It’s not so much that we lost that breaks my heart. It’s that we lost to a twice-impeached, adjudicated rapist, conman who was responsible for the death of almost a million people and who has promised to derail the country again.

My body. Fuck you.

Trump and Trump-friendly judges are doing everything they can to prevent that from happening, but I hope like hell we’re able to get them.

Just the leaked part of his Congressional testimony has been explosive. We need to win the midterms and call him for a public hearing.

I suspected they would, yeah. Curious to see if the courts will smack them around for disobeying court orders.

I honestly didn’t think we would see THIS many redactions - Trump must be all over those files.

The White House has been caught.

The administration inserted a photo of Bill Clinton, Michael Jackson, and Diana Ross into the Epstein files and falsely implied it showed them with victims.

In reality, it’s a publicly available fundraiser photo featuring Jackson and Ross’s own children.

I don’t think the law passed by Congress said that DOJ has to release less than 1% of the materials by Dec 19.

This image (File 468 in the Epstein records), showing Donald Trump, was part of the DOJ’s Friday release and has since vanished from the agency’s website. Funny how that works. Someone must have missed that redaction, oops.

Yesterday we were all waiting in the Epstein line. Today, the entire country has turned into investigators, tracking which files are disappearing. Sixteen gone so far. There’s been a remarkable amount of teamwork, with people working together to identify the missing documents.

We're in the first. No amount of stalling by people in the second group will change that.

Bill Clinton.

There are two types of people here. The first group knew nothing and cut Epstein off before his crimes came to light.

Yesterday played out exactly as many expected a cover-up. When 119 pages of grand jury documents are released entirely redacted, that goes far beyond protecting victims’ identities. A court ordered these records released, yet what the public received was effectively nothing.

A main argument against the indictability of a sitting president is that the Chief Executive is too busy for court.
Per @garretthaake.bsky.social, the extremely tacky "presidential wall of fame" that lines the colonnade to the West Wing now has obviously-Trump-penned plaques insulting or praising the presidents.

The answer is obvious: he is the sitting president. And just like Clinton (or anyone else) if Trump is guilty, he belongs behind bars. No exemptions. No double standards.

We don’t care if Clinton is implicated if he’s guilty, lock him up. What’s striking is the silence and lack of accountability surrounding Trump. MAGA keeps asking why the focus is on him.

Mike Johnson was pissed that we pushed a petition through and are forcing a vote on extended ACA tax credits. He just can’t stop losing.

But right now we need your help. We need everyone to contact Congress and tell them to get it done:
Tell Congress: Demand Speaker Johnson hold a vote IMMEDIATELY on the ACA tax credit extension
