Doesn't seem to be getting better very quickly either. Only 4 of the 12 Wolverines scheduled for Sunday and Monday actually ran 😬

For anyone who could use a healthy, temporary respite from the news and local organizing, Tabletop Sim is on sale for $10 right now and it's easily the best $10 I've ever spent on a game to play with friends

Winter transit math: A 15-minute walk with purpose from a frequent one-seat trip is faster and more tolerable than a door-to-door option that requires a 6-minute transfer

FERNDALE: Snow emergency has been declared. Cars must be cleared from all residential streets by 6:00PM and will need to stay in dedicated surface lots or the DOT garage through tomorrow afternoon at least.

(Text alert system is down, city is aware and working to procure a new system)

As one does during the dreary part of winter I've been scrolling around the map this evening and man, SW Michigan / NE Indiana really does have some incredible bike infrastructure. When the Monon branch of the South Shore opens up I might have some exploring to do across state lines
