Christmas came early. I even grabbed an extra copy of Aurora Gory Alice for Teej hoping he will appreciate it as much as I have. My fondest music memories of my Boston days are punk rock matinees at the Rat but @kayhanley.bsky.social and Letters to Cleo always have a special place in my heart.

We're not all billionaires Mark. 8-12% more taxes sure beats a benefit that costs my employer 20% of my salary and still requires me to carry thousands of personal expenses each year if I get catastrophically ill. Oh and if I can't work, then I lose my insurance.

For various reasons I was unable to go to my son's football game tonight, 70 miles out of town. He hasn't played a down of varsity yet and it looked like a tough matchup so nothing to lose. The boys lost 53-13 and ... I get the text that he made his varsity debut tonight.

Really hope this is true. Cancelling Disney/Hulu/ESPN package was the easiest call I've ever made, and doing it right now leaves no doubt as to why. Send a message loud and clear.
