#onthisday, 13 July 1870, Dr Richard Barter opened the last of several #TurkishBaths provided for patients at his St Ann's Hydropathic Establishment near #Blarney, Co #Cork. He was to die 3 months later. Opened by his eldest daughter, & designed by his architect namesake Mr Richard Barter. 🗃️ #C19th
