Don't get me wrong, good, but a judge stated ICE has broken 90+ orders from 70+ courts rulings SINCE JANUARY. They wont follow this law either.
Way to go, Philadelphia! The city has introduced new legislation putting real limits on ICE activity. Federal agents will no longer be allowed to operate anonymously no masks, visible identification required, and arrests must be backed by warrants signed by a federal judge.

3. Impeach Vance.
4 Refuse to confirm any TACO VP nominee.
5. Impeach TACO and that elevates the Democratic Speaker to the job.
Then use EOs to undo the EOs.
Sounds good.
