Closed-Weapon Battlefield 6 is sick (when people are actually playing the playlist)

I'm totally on board for Halo: Campaign Evolved taking liberties, but if I see Fireteam Raven there, I will commit an act of Friendly Fire.

I've been thinking about how my conclusion about Marvel Rivals is that I can only enjoy it with friends, while OW2 I'm able to enjoy solo.
So many times, people come to the conclusion that when a game is only fun with friends, that the 'fun' you're actually having is being with friends...(Cont)

There was a 'media circle' at the Switch 2 SF launch.
I was too scared to tease Dean Takahashi with a Cuphead joke, because people are actually still hostile about it.

its also funny remembering when stardew came out and i was like "HOLY SHIT!!!! an indie harvest moon clone nice!!!" bc HM was a zombie franchise and the genre was dead but now when they announce the 17372947th stardew clone in a nintendo direct people are like AUUUGHH FUCK FARMING MAKE IT STOP

I'm in Shibuya during afterhours. If I were younger, I would think all these 20-somethings were too cool and a little scary, but now I know they're just chill and a little dumb, and a lot of them are really creative.

Coming from DMZ, and not from Tarkov, I'm feeling that the opinion on Marathon is based on this idea of people either "getting it" or not.
We had a lot of cult praise for DMZ even being from gaming outlets, but I also heard some dismissive comments; it wasn't for every COD and Warzone player.(Cont)

I can't believe we are getting a AAA Extraction Shooter.
I can't take another cancellation (or shelving for DMZ), and I definitely can't fucking take another mil-sim extraction game that decided it was way more important allow you to have 5 viewfinders on your gun than having a good gameplay loop.

Switch 2 seems to continue Nintendo's desire for gaming to be more social, but it seems that Nintendo realized that social media is a cesspool and cannot be contained, so they basically limited social features to your closest friends.
