Quit blowing whistles during potentially lethal contact with ICE or other feds. The whistles are to warn others down the street, not to make hearing commands during arrest more difficult. Whistles also drown out the arrestee"s attempted communication with comrades otg.

Body cams won't change police violence but it does make it harder to frame people. I have been targeted by my city's cops since 2018. As an activist I have been arrested or detained around 15 times here. Since the body cams implementation I have not been framed or arrested once. I'm safer.

It’s really difficult & disorienting but the feds hit LA extremely hard today. There were kidnappings all over & reported cluster raids in Chinatown, East LA, Ktown. This list shows to 1130 AM but they haven’t stopped all day

I am done testifying in my trial. The jury is out on deliberations tomorrow morning. Hopefully a verdict by lunch. I have a bad feeling it will be a hung jury. If so I will have to do it all over again. I am getting trial experience though. That only makes me a better activist.

If the press covered how many times the feds threatened to kill us at PDX ICE with lethal weapons, no one would be surprised about the feds killing protesters in Minneapolis. It is only chance or grace that it didnt happen here. The amount of times it almost did is being suppressed.
