“Here, let me warm your cheeks.” Rina was grinning as she spoke, and Neene recoiled at the sudden ambush.
“What the HELL, your hands are FREEZING!” She protested.
“Oh shush, don’t doubt my CLEARLY pure motives!” Rina replied with a huff. “Besides, I got a warm heart.” She added with a gentle smile.
“So what you’re saying…” Neene began. “Is that I should warm my hand on your ches—“
“—Please don’t finish that sentence.” Rina interjected indignantly. “Or the cold will be the least of your cheeks’ worries.” Rina finished with a mischievous smirk.

While I don't hide the Persona influences in simplifying her design, she was originally based on cheesy halloween outfits and pop punk singers. Particularly a Canadian one with (alleged) attitude problems lol
