Prednisone is a systemic steroid so it causes a whole bunch of problems down the line, like causing cataracts, increasing the risk of diabetes...

I'm feeling so much better, my far vision is now 20/20, and I don't need glasses to drive anymore 🤩

Oh and the reason why I needed two cataract surgeries is because of taking prednisone multiple times a year for sinus infections.

It's not often this surgery needs to be done on a 50 year old...

I do have multiple pairs of reading glasses in the mean time but I'm always losing them because they're not always on my face, so I am not checking messages regularly...

Sorry if I haven't been around much, it's a busy time of the year work wise, and I also had two cataract surgeries in the last three months.

Until my ophthalmologist clears me to go to the optamologist (which is today) to get new glasses, everything close up is blurry 😬
