Absolutely agreed. Greens have just committed to "timely, free, non-discriminatory access to all forms of gender-affirming healthcare based on informed consent and self-determination" - it shouldn't be hard for labour to make that commitment.

No matter what the politicians say, this is discrimination. Look at how the regulation is worded: This is not a ban on its use for a particular indication, it's a ban for a population.

Given these guidelines are *Australasian* the only logical conclusion is that an NZ business has given ACT a bunch of money to make it easier for them to sell us cheap overseas slop
