The gunman from Afghanistan previously worked for the CIA and was allowed into the US under a program that allowed them to escape retaliation from their new regime. What is the difference between a “targeted “ shooting and a plain old murder on the street by a stranger. The press release calling it targeted shooting seems to imply of some sort of conspiracy.
