Wouldn't this be a big problem for other big companies that also make similar things (i.e Bandai Namco with Digimon Time Stranger on the way, along with other games from other devs?)

Oh, hey.

Visa and Mastercard now say you can't pay for WoW. Magic the Gathering. FFXIV. DnD. Lord of the Rings. Because they're all "adult" content against their ToS just for being "fantasy".

Let that sink in.

Woke up to quite the update on this. I had been in contact with Payment Cloud about getting their service and they waited until now to hit me with the image below. Again, stringing me along instead of being upfront. They had seen my website multiple times before this.

An image taken from an e-mail from Payment Cloud to me. They list prohibited adult work, one of which just includes "Fantasy" which is as wide as cat ears and fairies. We are so cooked.

I'm probably gonna make a big post about this later but I got blocked by a convention for calling out their scams and AI usage in a civil manner through email and they didn't want to give me an explaination to their past rumors. I played a lot of games growing up so I don't quite remember the first one that scared me, but I think that Rayman 2 was among the first ones that did? Very foggy on that.
