I was waiting for the "co-sponsor an invasion of Norway with Putin." In the 1930s, when they didn't give the award to Hitler (it went instead to an imprisoned anti-Nazi campaigner), Norway's royalty stayed away from the announcement for fear of Hitler retaliation.
