Glad this is out there now but I don't know why the ATA didn't make this public when they rejected the last offer.
But I'm not a labour relations lawyer so what do I know.
Does seem like something that the public should know as it provides clarity around the Union's decision to strike.

The union keeps saying, show us the funding formula and the UCP refuses. The union knows that the additional funding will not address the issue of class sizes.
