I remember thinking AI videos would be a threat to democracy because they could be used to fool voters as to what reality is. Instead the real threat is the PRESIDENT being fooled by AI videos into what is happening. 🤦‍♂️

George was just trying to get to work.

ICE pepper-sprayed him, dragged him from his car, locked him in a detention center, and placed him on suicide watch. He even missed his young daughter’s birthday in the process.

Yes, the 14th amendment was clear and the corrupt SCOTUS invented a way to ignore it. That's why I believe if Trump wants to run again in '28, SCOTUS will invent a way to allow it. Fortunately, I think Trump's dementia will progress to the point that he's unable to speak by then.

As I read this article, I was surprised how so many of the public supported the actions of the National Guard at the time. If Trump's troops give him the violence he craves, will modern Americans universally condemn it? I fear the answer is no.
