If you're looking to learn a language, there are so many better resources available, plenty of which are free.
If you're learning Japanese in particular, don't even bother touching Duolingo. It will not teach you anything and you'll be spinning your wheels.

Sorry, Mr. Executive, but I don't believe in a 'middle ground' for generative AI as it relates to game development. Any use of it is a scourge on the medium, and I make no exception with that claim.

Good to know that a bunch of new games from big name publishers (Ubisoft, Nexon, Level-5, Activision) have used AI for things like artwork and voiceover. Truly wonderful, love it, incredible, amazing.

I'm purposefully avoiding Metroid Prime 4 previews for a pretty good reason.
Previews run the risk of colouring an experience, which for a game series like Metroid, can make certain things seem worse than they ought to.
Not to say that the dork isn't a problem, but how much of one, we don't know.
