In this study, we investigated how fibroblastic reticular cells (FRCs) that populate the white pulp of the spleen regulate immune responses to viral infections.

How could this work?

IL-1 cytokines expand ID3+ stem-like T cells in vitro, boosting their ability to sustain T cell responses in chronic infections & cancer.

This could pave the way for next-gen T cell therapies with enhanced longevity & efficacy. Exciting possibilities ahead!
