As (mostly) consistently good as the Eagles have been, it’s shocking that there was that 20-year streak without consecutive NFC East champions. But that is over now. Champs again. Go Birds.

imo momentum and confidence are generally in lockstep. And a confident team is generally an effective team. That is my hypothesis on sports momentum.
I'm generally a "momentum is overrated, and we use that word way too much" person, but ... this game is ALLLLLLLL about momentum.
