The vast majority of the time, it's made into a Fluffernutter (peanut butter and Fluff). It's just a marshmallow spread, so you can put it on cakes or whatever. Doesn't get a lot of height so it's best as filling.

I actually think we need to amend this law to make it even stronger. There are holes that clever landlords could exploit. But, ultimately, the law generally works as intended. My clients testified that most landlords cooperate once informed of their obligations

What's in the order is everything that's assessed. In my experience and observations, the Court of Administrative Hearings is pretty stingy with penalties. I did this case entirely pro bono because I believe in both the candidates and the cause.

I think there are arguable points of law in the final outcome, but regardless of that I must emphasize that we are lucky to live in a state which takes these kinds of cases seriously and provides candidates for office meaningful process to pursue violations of the law.

I really appreciate everything my clients and the other folks involved put into this case. It speaks well of their commitment to the democratic process. This was a tough case on certain issues, and I think the Court of Administrative Hearings conducted a thoughtful, demanding inquiry.
