DHS is using administrative subpoenas to obtain the identities of people who criticize ICE on social media.

People are only given 10 days to challenge the subpoenas in court then DHS withdraws the request because they don't want this to end up in front of a Judge.

Trump appointee Judge Nancy Brasel determined that the Trump administration violated the rights of detainees in an MN ICE holding facility, and has ordered they provide noncitizens with accurate instructions on their legal rights before being transferred.
