The end of federal enforcement of special ed laws. Some states - including MN - will likely be ok. But a lot of disabled kids in a lot of states are going to lose the education that federal law and decades of jurisprudence say they are owed.
Education Department wipes out special ed office in shutdown layoffs, union says
The Education Department laid off nearly everyone at the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services.

One reason why people liked this series is that you got to keep the songs you bought. Fortnite Festival is an online-only game, and it can disappear as quickly as it came.

People had been hoping that the success of Fortnite Festival would lead to the creation of a Rock Band 5. But that dream seems to be dead.

According to certain reddit users, they're panic-buying these songs, sometimes in the hundreds of dollars (each song costs $1.99). I bought the digital copy of RB4 on a whim, because I didn't want to lose my copy of the game in case my disc broke.

One Harmonix rep basically said that the pre-RB4 DLC was in a weird spot and that those songs would come down in the coming months. People are freaking out though that the delistings are already starting: www.reddit.com/r/Rockband/s...

Rock Band 4 and the DLC for it -- roughly 1,100 songs -- are being delisted as the content hits the 10-year mark. This means that a DLC song that was released in 2019 won't be taken down til 2029.

What we don't know is what's going to happen with the 2,000 songs that came out before RB4.

The subreddit for the rhythm video game Rock Band has been turmoil ever since Harmonix, now owned by Epic Games, announced they were taking down the DLC for the game, some of which has been online for 18 years. www.ign.com/articles/roc...

I've been wondering why Dominion Voting Systems suddenly reached settlements with Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, and One America News.

Turns out, it's been purchased by a Republican-owned election tech firm that insisted on it, per Axios.

Perry: "We would be in a very different position" if you were arguing the National Guard was just here to defend federal property and agents enforcing immigration law.
But you are not arguing that, she says.
