love my parents but yes my dad was emotionally absent growing up. He worked all the time. which as i grew up realized was to provide for us.

But he constantly called my interests garbage, a waste of time , money and space . So I feel guilt enjoying things " not productive" even now.

Last ramble on the subject. remember when I was little my parents would leave me in the toy aisle for what felt like eternity alone as a kid. I would fixate on Digimon figures etc . One time a kid & his dad was talking to me & they was as passionate about it as I was. I was jealous his dad cared.

Been feeling stressy lately.
Really wanna play the new Digimon but still haven't.
Responsibilities took priority last 2 weeks & would feel guilt if I just dropped everything to play it.

Almost need a caretaker to force me into a middle space and give assurance, care and listen to my hyper fixation.
