Bryan Betancur is a dangerous stalker. He went to the Capitol on J6. Since then, he has bounced around white supremacist groups & jail.

The vast majority of these things are stuff you'd get a citation for, but the feds are using them to harass people and bump up their arrest numbers to give the appearance of effectiveness.
