Meet Vanessa Lopez, the newly elected President of the DC Latino Caucus. Vanessa was the Advocacy Chair for this past year and served as the DC Democrats State Committee Member Representative in 2023. She has been an active community member and organizer since she moved to the area 8 years ago.
