A complete shock the first time you get a look at yourself and feel soothed. Like if I can get to look like this and feel comfortable then yeah it will be okay. I'm glad to hear it's a source of reassurance for ya too :)

I haven't written for myself in months now, but I'll build back up to having that writing time again. Turns out, self-actualization is really pleasant, as is laying on a friend's lap and letting worries melt away or listening to the rain outside the window and going out late at night. good things

Been absolutely going through it with no time to stop for the past few weeks but got to sit down and just draw for myself a bit today and it felt nice. God the burn out of a double major and grad apps and trying to move out of the country and life is hitting all at once but at least I can enjoy art
