Research tells us that the institutional response to disclosures, reports and complaints is often experienced as further abuse and violence. The HEA is showing real leadership commissioning this qualitative study and I'm honoured to be conducting it.

When I canvassed for a Yes vote in 2015, I walked alongside many very committed straight allies who were as passionate for change as I was. The referendum demonstrated that a majority of straight Irish people supported our community. They’re welcome at Pride.
