Ask yourself seriously what direction the USA is heading … imagine the upcoming decade…

ICE agents get a $50K sign on bonus. Border Patrol agents get a sign on bonus of $30K. No previous experience. No college degree. Base pay is $60K.

Teachers starting pay is in the mid $30K for many states.
