Sigh. The folks attacking all modern Star Trek are nothing new.
I'm old enough to remember when every single Star Trek show after The Original Series was met with hatred by supposed "fans." Hell, there were entire websites devoted to trashing Voyager and Enterprise on a weekly episode basis.

Back in the early 2000s, I worked for a tech company in Glendale. Took my lunch outside one day... and watched Jamie Kennedy spend 15 minutes trying to use a basic key card lock to gain building access. It was absurdly simple, but he could NOT figure it out. He gave up and slouched away in shame.

Newest addition to the 4K library is Fulci’s masterful and atmospheric giallo, THE PSYCHIC. In my humble opinion, it’s his best film. The print is gorgeous. I’d love to remake this one!

One great thing about the advent of DVD 25 years ago was finally getting to see all the great uncut Italian giallo films that we never really got in America.
Now the great thing about 4K is finally getting to see them in full technicolor glory. They're some of the most gorgeous films ever made.

At long last! This utterly essential giallo has finally been given the Arrow 4K treatment. In my top five horror films of all time. Thoughtful, provocative, disturbing... not to mention its unforgettable ending scene. So happy to have it!
