I need everybody to read this and understand what’s going on. These are spouses of US citizens in the country legally. They have entry clearance and green cards, they’ve passed background checks and have no criminal records. ICE is taking them anyway.

The Fayette County Democrats had a food drive and the community SHOWED UP. The food was distributed to a couple of food pantries. The government shutdown, loss of employment and SNAP benefits affected so many Fayette families. One thing about us, we know how to take care of people.

My neighbor (I’ll call her Ms B) also participated in this and was so impressed with the way Maura Keller helped. Ms B said Maura worked really hard, didn’t shirk the dirty or hard jobs and stayed late to help clean things up. She did not spend her day in Vegas meeting with wealthy donors.
