Similarly to Rostov, in Novosibirsk only 27% of the newly commissioned housing for Jan-Nov 2025 has been sold. 44% has been offered on the market and not sold and real estate developers haven't even dared to offer the remaining 29%.

My estimate is that Russia will be getting around 920 rubles per barrel in oil tax in January 2026. This is a 61% drop in revenue per barrel compared to January 2025 they got 2384 rubles per barrel.
