So it’s making me crazy, no ethical consumption under capitalism and everything but it shouldn’t be THIS HARD to find a basic newsletter service that doesn’t simultaneously involve signing off on nazis, transphobes, or AI.

I just want to be able to have a subscribers-only newsletter + page, and every single platform seems to have issues that are dealbreakers for me (they platform nazis, they platform transphobes, they use AI, they put users’ content into their AI, etc)

Oh also by the way, we met this moth two nights ago. Its name is Cactus Snow.(The last moth we met was named Mathematics.)

Hello I briefly allowed my gmail to send me notifications until I saw this and then remembered why turning notifications on will never be the correct lifestyle choice for me

Hello and goodnight, I am going to sleep now but first I wanted to share these toe beans:

A sleeping cat’s front paws rest one on top of the other on a thick white knitted blanket. The cat is white with black spots; his legs and paws are white, with a small black splotch on the bottom of the paw that is closest to the bottom of the frame. Both paws have black pads and toe beans.

I’m working on a piece of art w/ many many (many) teeny little (small) silver & gold stars, which I’m accomplishing with a star hole punch & from which I’m getting a very specific & impressive repetitive motion pain in my hands. I afraid of how bad it’ll hurt when I’m done but here they are so far:
