In Congress, one of my top priorities will be securing substantial funding and regulatory changes that strengthen current efforts to save Great Salt Lake to actually meet the severity of the crisis. This is a multibillion dollar problem that we're not going to fix by ourselves.

I have yet to see anyone on the AI fearmongering bandwagon understanding what AI is and isn't, and how it's useful.

No, it's not a revolution or replacement like in sci-fi stories.

AI has a utility as a tool and it's not what many think nor in the hype that private companies employ to raise money.

I have no use for a bongo
I’ve found no use for it
Still have yet to see AI make my life better in any way

Who's the snowflake now?
I simply cannot believe there was a whole ass jury trial for a guy who threw a sandwich at an ICE agent (who was wearing a ballistic vest) - & the officer was the "victim". There's so many embarrassing things about the US in 2025 but this must be in the top 5
Man who threw sandwich at federal agent in D.C. found not guilty of misdemeanor after trial
A man who was charged with throwing a sandwich at a federal agent was found not guilty of one count of misdemeanor assault by a jury in Washington, D.C.

Some of the greatest hits by the Utah GOP, all in one article:

1. Baseless fearmongering about Utah turning into California
2. A disdain for voters being able to choose for themselves.

Classic

I know of zero Americans complaining about the cost of the national parks pass. We get a huge amount of revenue from foreign tourism.

Ain't no other way to say it: Republican utleg are a bunch of whiny, power hungry taint warts throwing tantrums.

Utahns deserve honest and fair representation. Republicans want to stay in power with their stranglehold on citizens at any cost and any means.
BREAKING NEWS: "Judge Gibson gave us a gerrymandered map," Senate President J. Stuart Adams says, announcing the legislature's appeal to the Utah Supreme Court.

A special session planned for Dec. 9 to outline plans. A constitutional amendment for the 2026 ballot on citizen initiatives. #utpol #Utah

Republicans are not serious people.
The House passed a resolution condemning socialism. Okay.

When are they going to pass a resolution condemning fascism?

We can’t keep doing politics as usual. Utahns struggle to pay for housing while Trump & the GOP Congress play games with our healthcare & victimize our communities. It’s time for Democrats who will stand up & speak truth to power. That’s why I’m running for Congress.

Homeless concentration camp or slave labor camp?

Neither are good.

We shouldn't be treating people this way. This is unacceptable.

No excuses.

Let's stop calling UT-01 "favored" and call it what it is truthfully:

representative of the population. 👍
The court-ordered map makes UT-01, a Salt Lake City centered district that Democrats are strongly favored to win in 2026.

Now do law enforcement Mr Snyder...

It's a slave labor camp for homeless people.

BREAKING: A federal court blocked Texas from implementing its new congressional map that discriminates against voters of color for the 2026 midterm elections.

This ruling reaffirms that voters get to choose our politicians, not the other way around.
