An interesting question. A couple of years back, a student note in the Virginia Law Review rewrote an article of mine (no acknowledgments). When I wrote to the editorial board and showed them my article, they said they wouldn't do anything about it b/c student notes don't count as scholarship.

This flew by my radar this week, but massively important: the 5th circuit court of appeals ruled that the NLRB’s structure unconstitutional.

It is a huge blow to “American workers who hope to organize their workplaces without fear of retaliation. It represents a partial negation of the New Deal…”

Unfortunately, the hearings were live through pre-registered links, only, and to my knowledge there is no such repository, which is a real shame.

The US finally won a labor case!

Look at what happened to divorce rates in Mexico when some areas extended the school day by 3.5 hours!

Why did divorce rates go up as a result of the change?

I have a paper on this. Both administrations -- Biden and Trump -- touted their trade policies as helping workers in the United States while trying to accomplish other objectives. Trump's policy is just particularly egregious given that not only will it fail to help those workers, it will cost them.
