🍏 Anyone know where I can find a contact for the Island and Remote Areas regional food business centers (RFBCs)?

Their webpage is down since the USDA's AMS termination.

If so, contact me here.

💌An email is placed in the chat for the public to come forward and provide comments, concerns, complaints, accolades, etc. to the SMART board.

Meeting is adjourned at 5:15 p.m. EST.
Board members wait another 6 minutes or so but no one from the public comes forward.

🤔Wondering if there was adequate public notice about this meeting. Not implying there wasn't, but it's weird to hear concerns and then a public meeting is held to address concerns and....🦗🦗🦗🦗 #deadsilence.
There is silence as the board remains present to hear and listen to concerns by voice or by text/chat. No one presents anything.

DEAD SILENCE🤔🚫🗣️....
Board members are joking around now that they can hear one another and the speakers. Despite audio issues 📱🔊🔇, the board advises that they will stick around to hear concerns from the public.
1️⃣st speaker identified by the SMART board as "Mary Jo". She is thanked for her comments and they go on to discuss the timetable (bus schedule) display at what is described as the "three shelters"... "where you wait for the bus and get off" 🚍.
There are notable audio issues where there is crosstalk and an inability to hear speakers (board members or otherwise).

Someone else mentions that they are unable to see SMART board members which they describe as "weird".
Board members are asking the public to raise their hands or enter their questions into the CHAT to ask questions.

A member of the public is asking about the Dearborn Transit Center display & whether it is working as it should. She suggests there be a display inside the Transit Center.

Tech issues.
The SMART board consists of members from Southeast Michigan's Oakland, Macomb, Wayne, and Monroe county representatives.

Bernard Parker from SMART External Affairs kicks off the meeting. He tells participants that they are here to listen to the "concerns, issues, and accolades" of those present. By a show of hands, people are prepped to weigh or sound in.
