This is the aftermath of an ICE kidnapping a few blocks from my home in St. Paul—an hour ago. A quiet street full of broken glass and at least three wrecked cars. The target of the kidnapping was taken away by ambulance. He was on a stretcher and covered by a sheet, though a cop said he was alive.

Yeah, I saw Green Day play a few years back. It was fine, whatever. But they never DID look directly at me in the crowd and say they were the same kind of lib as me, so I WAS a little disappointed.

So much general advice out there that leaves vegans in the lurch. Looking for advice on diet after a major surgery and it's all make sure you have higher protein and "lean meats" and "don't eat foods like beans which make you gassy and are too hgh in fibre" bro...

It would be a major shield from Trump funding threats which have caused hospitals to shut their doors.
