Finally finished a run of HighFleet. Really interesting strategy game that with a lot of resource management and some really surprisingly robust systems for things like signals intelligence, radar and missile guidance. Also a really cool and immersive skeumorphic UI.

now i use duckduckgo because--even though they have jumped on the AI bandwagon, they at least let you turn that shit off

I worked 2 years in the semiconductor industry and the work environment was so toxic that I jumped at the chance to take a major pay cut and get the fuck out
It's not the same as disobeying military orders but I left private practice due to moral concerns. 6 months of crying in my car after work was enough. Went on disability leave for several months then switched careers

I am 2 jobs deep on quitting jobs due to moral issues. I am transgender; the job market is exceedingly bad for us; and I still did it. I am in a shitty underpaid job right now because of my last one.
