THE EPSTEIN CLASS
Ossoff: We were told that MAGA was for working-class Americans. But this is a government of, by, and for the ultra-rich. It’s the wealthiest Cabinet ever. This is the Epstein class. They are the elites they pretend to hate.

At some point the knowledge of how one clips on a lavalier microphone was lost by YouTube and TikTok content creators and they’re all daintily holding their tiny microphones. What is going on? I know people aren’t reading manuals anymore, but the promo videos show how to clip them to clothing!

After decades of conservative Christians whining about how life in a modern, pluralistic and democratic society—with its rights for people and lifestyles they hate—amounts to persecution of them and their beliefs, they are now—in the most literal sense of the term—persecuting Christians.

Before reading any “social media is harming our children” posts online, I make sure to look in the text for either a link to or an outright mention of Jonathan Haidt, whose findings have been criticized for cherry-picking to reach a preconceived negative conclusion.

Let’s talk about abolishing ICE.

Very few people who say “abolish ICE” mean “abandon all immigration enforcement.” Rather, they mean “the structure of immigration enforcement is irretrievably broken and needs to be reorganized, just like we did 23 years ago when we created ICE.”

If an opinion is stated as fact online in a way that annoys you, save yourself the frustration and mentally add “in my opinion” or “I think” to the beginning of the message. You know it’s an opinion and the person writing the message knows it’s an opinion, so why make this a big thing?
