The Lasalle River is in St. Norbert.
Several years ago, I saw the biggest snapping turtle I've ever seen as it leisurely swam down the Seine in La Barrière Park in St. Norbert, Manitoba.

I think about that turtle often. Because it had to be decades old.

We share space with living beings who have a different sense of time. 1/

Negotiations were cancelled by trump. Now they are back on.
When did everyone became an international trade expert?
The US can’t ignore this decision in the talks. It will count. Let’s see what comes of it.

Please suggest who should be negotiating for Canada instead of Carney. I’ll wait.
What an embarrassment. The one thing we thought we’d get with Carney was that he would stand up to the US.

He’s now given a $7B gift to the largest tech giants in the world, gaining nothing in return, because Trump bullied him in a tweet.

We needed that $7B for hospitals, schools, housing, etc.

Other party candidates will definitely press for clarity on the CPC’s position.

Expect plenty of national media coverage throughout the campaign.

So they are leaving military targets exposed or under-protected?

Good to know.

Anyway, enjoy your parade.
Rumors (unconfirmed) suggest Russia has deployed ~280 air defense units for the 9th May parade in Moscow, with additional systems from Kazan and Grozny. The defense includes "Don-2N" & "Nebо-M" radars, S-400s, and "Pantsir-S1" & "Tor-M2" on rooftops.

If true, this is panic mode.

Can someone ask Jagmeet Singh to run against Pierre Poilievre in the bi-election? He may not be leader but can still be an MP. Voters have a strong race for their votes and on a national stage with plenty of media coverage. Force issues into the conversation.

Save money. Lower capital costs that would be financed, for area that generates revenue.

‘…more livable & efficient [accessible!] floorplans’

This is a must for affordable housing project budgets.
PM should 'allow small apartments to be constructed w/ a single staircase. That obscure detail would align 🇨🇦 w/ most other countries, including all of Europe. Would make it much easier to build apartments on small lots, w/ more livable & efficient floorplans'
