The Supreme Court has judged it to be so. Therefore it is clear that these ICE agents are violating the Constitution. Lock 'em up.
This is so clear. This is grounds for impeachment (at the top) and prosecution (for the agents who violate the Constitution). Not having read the Constitution, or having been told by your superiors or your superiors' lawyers that it's allowed is not a valid defense.
The Fourth Amendment to the US Constitution states,
“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation..."

Are you kidding me? These people are sinking lower and lower. Charging a gay, Black man under the KKK Act on MLK day for constitutionally protected journalism is beyond irony. Also, look at Nicki Minaj's racist, homophobic comments. They have zero shame.
By my calculation, Ds need 5 Rs to get articles of impeachment voted on via discharge petition. TX-18 has an election Jan 31 that will bring that down to 4. If we can flip MTG's seat (a tall order), that will drop to 3. Mikie Sherrill's seat could bring it down to 2 in April. Keep working those Rs!

Remember that one of the charges against the officers convicted in the murder of George Floyd just blocks away was a failure to provide medical aid. Not just the one who committed the murder, but the ones who stood by and prevented aid.
