The value of arguing with a trump tweet is negative, no matter how righteous. Remember, their number one, number two, and number three goals are to own the libs. This, in their minds, counts as a win.
Aa handful of complicit sycophants does not count as "many great legal scholars." Also, they urged people to disobey illegal orders, which is part of their training and required by law.

This trend continued in the third quarter of 2025, when emissions were unchanged year-on-year.
If this trend starts to move into sustained carbon emissions reduction it would be hugely significant.

Interesting theory. Trump was impeached for his insurrection. He pardoned his coconspirators. There is at least an argument that those pardons are a Constitutional violation. In any case, abuse of the pardon power is undoubtedly impeachable in and of itself.
