The U.K. should not give in to Trump and his demand that we buy chlorinated chicken. If we do this then we will further isolate our food standards from the EU.

When is the lunacy that is presently governing America going to end.
The billionaires who support it should be ashamed of themselves.

Putin says Ukraine is in no hurry to settle the war by peaceful means, after he had just launched a massive drone attack on Kyiv.
Is he joking?

Another warning about Reform and the Tories they are talking about controlling political ideas in the classroom unless they agree with their own thinking. How dangerous is that?

Labour why not introduce a 20% income tax for everyone, the poor, the rich, businesses with no loopholes or tax avoidance measures. This might help reduce unpaid taxes.

Labour this is going to put up costs for everyone, who do you think is going to have to meet these increases? US the voters, get real bring the cost of living down don’t push it up.

Labour what are you doing? Are you being advised by a Boy Scout?
Get your act together you are losing votes by the minute, let us see some sensible policies that people can see will benefit them and will help to sort out the mess we are in. Get focussed!

In 1970 the UK and Norway were roughly equal, almost no debt, and owned all their Public Services.

Now the UK owns nothing and has £3tn of debt.

While Norway still owns everything and has the equivalent of £10tn.

That's how privatisation 'works'.

Norway has high taxation and …. Free childcare, free education, a great health service , good roads, care for the elderly ….
Norwegians understand the strength of everyone paying in & taking out when they need . At different times in life, people have different needs . They accept that.

Khanna: You’ve got the DOJ releasing the names of survivors—which they are not allowed to do by law—but not releasing the FBI interview files with those same survivors. Those FBI interviews contain the names of other men: Wall Street tycoons and politicians…

So Trump’s DOJ (Dept. Of Jokes) say he is entirely innocent of sexual behaviour with young girls and all the redacted pages in the Epstein report do not mention him.
Do you also believe in Santa Claus?

What we’re being told is that a guy who is an adjudicated rapist, who was credibly accused of sexual assault by dozens of women, who paid hush money to a porn star, who cheated on all his wives, who is mentioned hundreds of times in the Epstein files, couldn’t possibly be a sexual predator.

If you think things are bad now just wait until Trump starts to lay claim to Greenland. If this happens Europe will really be faced with a difficult situation.

As a business man! Trump should realise that messing about with tariffs is not good for business.

The possible postponement of local elections in 2026 is due to the fact that local government is being reorganised and they are being asked if they would prefer to get this done before an election takes place.
