When you are pardoned, it does not erase the felony on your record. Accepting the pardon is an admittance of guilt so to get out of prison, they all pled guilty to their crimes.
Felons are absolutely not allowed in federal law enforcement jobs, if any jobs at all. Those traitors will all be fired.
