Hey peeps - can everyone label their adult content ? Glad you are having fun but affirmative consent to involvement is everything.
Messy but delicious! Left over salmon from yesterday tossed into pasta with broccoli, corgette and spinach then the herby sauce added last minute so as not to scald the delicate freshness with too much heat.

And a sneaky glass of plonk :)

Tough important self talk for disability / chronic health - husband does things differently not incorrectly. It's not HIM giving me emotional labour if it's just I'd do it differently. It's me taking on stuff that's not mine.

BREAKING in the Epstein Files: Pam Bondi redacted the name of an individual who emailed Jeffrey Epstein images, one with the note "Age 10" and another with the note "Age 11".

Why is she redacting this stuff?

I submit that lower income immigrants are more integrated in their adopted society than those we think of as cosmopolitan, travelling more often, to more places but emotionally investing less in the places they are and mixing with the same people on different shores.

Tiny confident person - second time outside. She likes mud, feathers and seeing the Dogtor outside.

She dislikes coming in and puddles

When we got back I painted a couple of boards for signs the police gave me to put up to try and prevent being run over. The paint said 'shower proof in an hour' but they still aren't nearly touch dry two and a half hours later :( I had hoped husband could put them up tonight :(

We went to a local town to get a walk for the Dogtor and practise public access. It was so good to get out but I am exhausted now from seeing so many people and fending them off the Dogtor.

My piping hot take on PLURIBUS is that it’s one of the most Ghibli-esque shows on TV today, and people who think its pacing is too slow ought to really sit with and examine why they feel that slow pace = bad.

Its first season has several minutes worth of “mā”, and is much stronger for it, IMO

There is something that is seriously upsetting me about the Starmer focus now and it relates directly to being a victim of sex crime. 🧵

Bezos burning the Washington post to the ground is as firm a reason for the continued bbc licence as ever there was. Eventually everything that can be owned by a billionaire will be owned by a billionaire and at that point its future will be determined by the whims of a man making 166k per minute.

I feel like rewatching game of thrones - I'm wistful for a immersion into a less violent , less politically volatile and less misogynistic world.

I try not to speak poorly of people a lot but Lady victoria Hervey is a numbskull and always has been a numbskull. Extremely rude, stupid and the definition of arrogance and untrustworthy. That she is a Farage fan and saw Trump on Christmas Eve is no surprise to me.

I just made a lovely herby green sauce to have with salmon tonight - spinach, dill, savoury, spring onions , roasted garlic, olives and some anchovies, lemon juice and olive oil. It's so zingy and fresh tasting and the thing that took longest was juicing the lemons :)

Racism has been central to Trump and his movement since he came down the escalator. He is a racist. His people are racists. His defenders are racists. His supporters are racists. His party is a party of racists. If they want to disprove that, they can. But it's important to know they don't want to.
