ICE was established in 2003. We didn’t need them before then, we haven’t needed them since then, and we don’t need them now. All they have ever done in their short existence is terrorize communities. There is no reform for an organization built on fear and white supremacy, only total abolishment.

it is perfectly reasonable to mirror one person’s lack of empathy with your own. any tone policing in response to myself or others who feel this way, quite frankly, comes off as self-righteous and masturbatory. it’s the same rhetoric as telling a victim of abuse to have empathy for their abuser.
