Great to see so many Green members at the march for #ClimateAction in Dublin yesterday.

This Wednesday, the united left opposition will bring a joint motion for the government to stop delaying the Occupied Territories Bill, and to finally pass it WITH services included.

🇵🇸No more delay on the Occupied Territories Bill

I was proud to stand today with other Leaders of Opposition Parties and Senator @francesblack1 to call on the Government to progress the Occupied Territories Bill.

It has been a year since FF and FG campaigned on this during the general election(1/2)

Parents and providers are being failed on childcare by this Government.

The closure of Cosy Kids crèche in Wicklow is yet another example of a much bigger national childcare crisis.

@lourdascottgreen.bsky.social is calling for increased support to providers👇

This was probably the biggest climate demonstration in Ireland since 2019-2020!

A huge Green Party turnout at the National Climate March today to call on the government to stop the U-turns and get serious about climate action, nature restoration and ending fossil fuels.

#Uninterrupted weekly protests by a #community under significant #traffic duress.

When will our Council #meaningfully engage? To help enact DCC policy?

Sanctuary Runners lined the avenue as President Higgins left and presented him with two yellow roses representing friendship and joy.

The President is a patron of the running group, which brings locals and migrants together in communities around the country.

BREAKING: Green Party councillors have walked out of Belfast City Council’s meeting after the Lord Mayor blocked a member from speaking on the Gaza genocide and refused a recess to resolve it. This is a clear overreach of the Mayor’s duty to act impartially.

This arson attack on families children & baby has shocked us all
The culprits must be caught
But those that stoke devision in our communities and fuel hatred based on lies for their own agenda are responsible also.
The Government must take responsibility & use powers to protect our most vulnerable
The attack in Drogheda is shocking, but not surprising. This government ignoring right wing violence has led us here, and without meaningful response will only lead to deaths

My reaction to terrible events on Saturday, new ECO toilets were deliberately damaged by fire by persons unknown
But this isn't the end we will work to get toilet facilitaties in short, medium & long-term
So everyone can enjoy the park amenities & especially keep girls active in sports participation
