You know what I'd like to see in #Congress? I'd like to see the state Representatives sitting together instead of clumped with their own party. You don't represent a freaking party. You represent your state, your region, and all of your constituents. Senators, too. Don't like it? Too bad.

I've finally started season 3 of ST:SNW and WTF is Pike doing saying the lord's prayer? I could accept Chapel and Spock talking about "faith" assuming they meant in themselves but seriously... Either Pike alone just lost points with me, or the showrunners. Hopefully not both.

I've lived and worked off and on in #DC since the mid-90s. If anyone thinks it's broadly dangerous now they are deluded. I'm in DC now for work and walking around and areas alone with no worries except the goddam heat; how do y'all live in this?!?
