I'd like to report a figure ground problem with the #arcgispro logo. What is supposed to be a globe looks to me like eastern Massachusetts

A work-in-progress map of the Forests in the lower US. I haven't decided if I am going to display and label the National Parks and/or Forests yet. Things get pretty busy on the West Coast.

The legend is going to be a nightmare and I am not looking forward to it. 😂

Where do South and Central Jersey end? Here are the averages according to a Philly Inquirer quiz. You can put it your 2 cents but you can't bend the line. Also, you may need a subscription.

Would be better if they found cities w similar climates. I doubt that Milan and Dunedin have the same kind of temperatures

Seriously, there’s a bug in Ex B where you can only make one or two edits to a script. After that you have to rebuild the whole thing. I confirmed this w Esri tech support

One of the skills should be to not kill somebody when you try to make a simple change to an Arcade script (like change a name) and you get "Invalid Arcade script" every time.

The mood of the USA heading into 2026. Based on robust data sources such as anecdotes, random conversations, stuff on the internet and my own regional prejudices. Enjoy! #MapoftheWeek

Thanks for reminding me that life in the Northeast is 6 months of misery! Ok maybe only 4. But then there's the summer heat too so 6!

The third and last (for now) in my backwards city series. Most people will probably recognize this place.

The coordinates are 42.32507449769887, -71.23878654131148 It does not show up on Google Maps and the pond is suffering from eutrophication some some other maps like Mapbox only show it partially. I might need to update the City's basemap, unless they're planning on dredging it.

Good sleuthing! Specifically the village of "Nabaw" I took the U's off quinobequin to make it more fantasy-like.
