I'd like to report a figure ground problem with the #arcgispro logo. What is supposed to be a globe looks to me like eastern Massachusetts

A work-in-progress map of the Forests in the lower US. I haven't decided if I am going to display and label the National Parks and/or Forests yet. Things get pretty busy on the West Coast.

The legend is going to be a nightmare and I am not looking forward to it. 😂

Where do South and Central Jersey end? Here are the averages according to a Philly Inquirer quiz. You can put it your 2 cents but you can't bend the line. Also, you may need a subscription.

The mood of the USA heading into 2026. Based on robust data sources such as anecdotes, random conversations, stuff on the internet and my own regional prejudices. Enjoy! #MapoftheWeek

The third and last (for now) in my backwards city series. Most people will probably recognize this place.

Expanding on my new reverse map drawing hobby here's a place that nearer and dearer to my heart. As well as I know this place of my youth, I'm still bit lost trying to look at it backwards.

Map I drew during today's work meeting. It's a local village geographically reversed. Someone with a very keen eye might recognize it.

I continue to be amazed at how bad ArcGIS Pro has gotten. No task is repeatable. You spend hours developing a model or work flow and then come back to it two months later and it inevitably fails. Trying to find ways to migrate some of this to other software but I'm no software hacker. #gischat
