Back into Mint. Left the power connected for an hour and drive showed back up in the boot options in bios.
While I was down I tried Commodore OS. Holy crap I like that. Its got a few games installed, but weirdly for a retro linux it has Ardour. And the speakers fucking work. Do I switch...?

I'm not into most of this Black Friday bullshit. Most of its a scam, but Andertons have actually reduced the price of a fair few things. I wanted this mic for ages, but at over £2.3k I held off. Now reduced, plus loyalty points got it down to 2.1. Should be perfect for my acoustic guitar.
