In case people missed it on tumblr:

We are aware of scammers targeting Tumblr users by sending messages claiming to have reported the user’s account, and asking them to join a Discord channel to submit an appeal. Tumblr will never contact you via another platform, such as Discord. If you receive a message asking for your account information, report it to Tumblr Support.
There are two buttons at the bottom of the message that say "Contact Support" and "Dismiss"
