On Friday, April 25th, I became the first* African American woman to earn tenure & promotion in the Univ. of Vermont’s College of Education & Social Services history.

Naturally, I went home to reflect on my educational past & to think about my future.

If Petro’s claim is accurate, it’s more than a diplomatic spat, it’s a potential international incident.
